THINKING ROUTINE: Word Sentence Phrase

COMMENT ON EVIDENCE OF THINKING: Generally I felt this routine showed the variety of understanding of the students of this novel. This routine gave scope for excellent deeper thinking and resulted in further inquiry and prediction of the direction the novel might take.

APPROPRIATENESS FOR YEAR GROUP: I wonder if using differing language (ie: phrase) could this routine be used from K-6?

Definitely appropriate for years 5 and 6.
